Simulated Game Shooting T&C’S
 

  • T&C’s: Payment of deposits automatically agrees to the following T&C’s
     

  • Deposits: Simulated Game Day £100.00pp / inc accommodation £150.00pp
     

  • Deposits & Cancellations: Deposits are non refundable. However, if in the event of mutual agreement that the weather is unsatisfactory deposits may be carried over to an alternative date.
     

  • Safety Policy: Inexperienced guns will require an instructor which can be supplied at extra cost.
     

  • Insurance: All shooters must have sufficient Third Party Liability insurance.
     

  • Disclaimer: All shooters will be required to sign a disclaimer at the start of the day.
     

  • Arrival Times: Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your start time. In the event that you arrive late it may be necessary to reduce the time allowed for your day and reductions in charges will not be available.
     

  • Dogs: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times and not allowed in the Shoot Cabin. Please be aware that it is not suitable for dogs that are not familiar to the sound of gunshot to accompany you around the shooting ground and must be kept in vehicles.
     

  • Section 11 (6): Non License Holders. Anyone who wishes to shoot and does not hold a shotgun certificate will be asked to sign a declaration to say they are not prohibited from handling a firearm under Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968. Section 21 of the Firearms Act of 1968 states: Any person who has served a prison sentence or youth custody for a period of more than three months but less than three years is subject to a five year prohibition from having a firearm or ammunition in his possession. A person who has served a prison sentence or youth custody for a period in excess of three years is prohibited for life.
     

  • Alcohol / Drugs: No alcohol will be consumed before or during the shooting event; anyone thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be prevented from taking part.
     

  • Behavior: We reserve the right to ask persons who do not behave in a safe and responsible manner to leave the shooting ground.
     

  • Safety: Eye and Ear protection must be worn at all times around the shooting ground.
     

  • Cartridges: Max 28grms / Shot size 6.
     

  • Wads: Fibre wads only
     

  • Guns: Guns in slips at all times between drives.
     

  • Weather / Clothing: Please wear suitable sturdy footwear and outdoor clothing suitable for the conditions.
